The environment is always clean and tidy, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. One person in particular that has stood out to me is Katherine. She is always available to answer any questions I have about the gym and is very helpful with providing information about my membership. Katherine is very knowledgeable about the gym's services and amenities, and she always makes sure that I have everything I need for my workouts. She has been a great resource for me, and I appreciate her friendly and approachable demeanor. Overall, I highly recommend this gym for its clean and friendly environment, and for the exceptional service provided by Katherine and the rest of the staff.

I love this gym, very clean, the staff are always on top of things making sure the gym is getting run smoothly. Been coming here since they opened and they always took care of me. I feel like we’re family there, and recently my car wouldn’t start as it was -30 outside. The staff did not have to, but they were outside for 30 minutes trying to jump start my car. They’re very sweet and took care of me. If it was not for them, I would have froze outside. Thanks for the great service!

Overall not bad but definitely nothing to rave about. Compared to other gyms they should add more equipment. It would also be nice to have equipment repaired quicker. The calf machine was out of service for more than a month and it was the only one in the gym. The pool is now closed permanently which is a bummer. Apparently they will add more equipment in that space but there is no firm plan yet. I also find the gym closes too early from Friday to Sunday. I hope things will improve.

Gold Gym provides an outstanding fitness experience. Manager Yeannie ensures a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. The gym offers top-notch equipment, knowledgeable trainers, and a variety of classes for diverse fitness goals. Highly recommended for a gold-standard workout experience!

I don't often leave reviews but this place made such an amazing impression . The gym was very clean and the staff was so so friendly. The person that stood out the most,Katherine, one of the staff members, is very sweet always vibrant, attentive & willing to answer all questions. Very patient as well. I was able to get all of my questions answered. I had a great time at Gold’s gym and I am looking forward to visiting it once more.
