The staff are incredibly friendly genuine people. They are happy to help you and answer any of your questions. Great variety and overall a great shop.

A very nice little store, packed with unique goodies. I often go in to check out the jewellery and occasionally buy strands of beads, of which they often have a random selection, just a few but usually nice gemstone beads. I did not give them 5 stars because the last several times I have been in there was a man behind the till who totally ignored me every time. No offer of help and was always talking to someone, not interested in his customers at all. Seems surprising after all the previous reviews that mentioned the wonderful customer service. Maybe the owner is away or on holidays. Still a great little shop to visit.Just visited the shop again a couple days ago, was greeted when I entered and asked if I needed help finding anything. Great! Thank you.

The owners have such a great eye for unique items. I love how they try their best to bring in local items to support our local artisans on Vancouver Island and across Canada. I recommend anyone passing through Chemainus stop and check out what Gifts N Things has to offer!

This store is your one toyshop for everyone on your list! This store has gadgets, toys, and handmade crafts just to name a few. I bought an amazing rose infused bath salt that was amazing. The customer service was on point with suggestions and ideas on what I was looking for. Thank you for the amazing service and will be gifting from your establishment from now on! If you haven't caught on I totally recommend this store if I could have given more stars I would have!

AMAZING place! I've traveled from Victoria to Sooke, Port Renfrew, Lake Cowichan, Tofino, Ucluelet then to Chemainus. Let me tell you.... Gifts 'n Things had the best prices for all my island must haves AND the owners are super friendly and run a very organized and inviting store. A definite must go!! Awesome store with many great items to choose from. Its very hard not to leave with nothing in your hand! Demon and his wife are very personable and always a pleasure to visit as you wonder the store! look forward to returning.
