Appalling lack of service and ownership. As others have mentioned, it consistently takes over 20 minutes on hold to reach reception.Faxes sent by the pharmacy for prescription refills consistently take more than 2 weeks for a response. When asked about it, they say to request the refill more than 2 weeks in advance, however pharmacies are unable to do this. Other doctor's offices take 2-3 business days on average.

I understand that we may be under a pandemic and the load on the doctors is way higher than usual. However, not been able to be empathetic to a patient is not acceptable. I called in to get an appointment for seeing the doctor and i was put through a website and some forms to ensure I change my family doctor to this clinic. In the marketing world its called cost of customer acquisition" not sure what is it called in the medical world. I would steer clear of this clinic as its just another medical business which only deals with a patient if they appoint them as their family doctor."

2.5 hrs waiting time at walk-in; came down to 1-3 minutes. The entire checkup and prescribing experience, down to a 20 minute cake walk. I’m loving this clinic.Just so you don’t miss understand, don’t call to book an appointment; instead walk in and talk to the front desk to book.The other thing you can do to book is to use pomelo and book online. This is a life saver! No need for front desk; no frustrating phone calls; just book and receive notifications via email. You can also send attachments to your doctor online.All your frustration will dissolve when you see the doctors. They are caring and wonderful.

I have been seeing Dr. Siddique for a few years now and he is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens, gives you the time need, makes you feel comfortable and most importantly, he is knowledgable.As far as reception goes, they are lovely. Is there a wait time to speak to someone? Sure, but that is the case when you call anyone these days.They also have this wonderful online booking system now that makes booking an appointment so much easier. I wish more places adopted this system. It saves so much time.The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the paid parking. But it's definitely not a deal breaker.

One of the worst clinic ever i am dealing with in past 26 yrs in Canada. Been trying to refill prescription that was referred by cardialogist n this Family doctor have refilled once and now he is saying he does not have records of this medication. My hubby is completely out of this med and we sent the request on Monday and now Thursday afternoon. I called m spoke with front desk 2 time today and all she said i have sent the fax to your doctor to review at 10am, again called at 2 n same response and now this is at 3:45 n they do not answer calls after 3 but still no prescription. They are bunch of liers who works here and like to play with patients life. I am definitely going to report them to health canada.

For a while at their old location it was very hard to reach staff, and I thought this changed for the better. But it's gone back to what it was. 10min on hold without even a pick up, and you are not entitled to voice your upset as they make clear its considered untolerated with signs all around. Wait times can also be long. I've at times just driven there to see reception. Dr. Rawal is a good doctor but all else considered I would move to another practice if I found an available GP.Update: Since having Pomelo, my experience with booking and communication has been much more positive in recent times. My quality of care has never been in question or compromised (we love our family doctor), and now I can say reception has gotten much more attentive. There are still times of high volume (time of opening), but reception is very pleasant once they can get to your call, and they make sure you are seen.

Have been a patient here for over 2 years. While there have definitely been issues in the past service & appointment wait times have significantly improved over the past several months. Dr. Mardi is great & the nurse practitioner is great as well.

Our Doctor Gantareddy is amazing! He’s very caring and knowledgeable.But good luck trying to get an appointment by phone. I have never experienced this with any other clinic they will let the phone ring for about half hour and then put you on hold without even saying hello or to please hold. Most times it just keeps ringing and no one ever picks up. Every time I go in I see barley any patients waiting so I don’t understand why they don’t answer their phones. Pretty ridiculous, especially when you need an appointment for your child and end up going to a walk in because you weren’t able to book an appointment.*Also reading comments about just showing up to get an appointment. I have never heard of this being aloud and if you book on Pomelo you are at least waiting 3 weeks to be seen.

Dr Rawal is our family doc since a while now. She is very knowledgeable, experienced doc and an amazing person with wonderful heart. As a patient some times you don't know what you should do but with dr Rawal she would always do best and also give her recommendations and suggestions as your best course of action in the providing situation. I would like to thank her for everything she do for us and society. Special thanks for my last recent visit. She is wonderfully good. Me and my husband love her kindness and empathy…
