Ordered a frozen themed cake for my daughter's birthday and it was a horrible experience. The icing was incredibly messy and the colours were completely wrong, it looked nothing like the picture. I had to literally scrape off the top layer of icing and fix it myself.The store itself is nice and organized but the bakery section could definitely do better.

I went to this address today with my friend, I wanted to buy a cake for a party we are hosting this weekend. We asked if a certain cake had any nuts and they had the nerve to say We can't guarantee that it doesn't". Ok what the hell. That is very dumb of them to make the cake at their warehouses

Good store, great produce and meat section. Best of all they have amazing pizza. Pepperoni and cheese is one of my favourites in Vaughan.

Stopped by this longos to pick up flowers just about half an hour ago. My father had a question about the flowers and its price because they seemed mixed up. So we asked “ROSA”, the lady by the flowers. She was so rude. She came off super aggressive and as if we were inconveniencing her. We weren’t sure if we should pay and then get her to the wrap the flowers so we asked her. Again, responded aggressively. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so i let it slide. But after we paid, we had to obviously come back to her to get the flowers wrapped. I saw the way she was engaging with the white customer in front of us. It’s as almost as if she was a completely different person. She was so kind and patient to the white customer. And then when the white customer left, and she got to us, again, the same aggressive attitude. And then I realized this lady was racist. I’ve lived in vaughan since I was born and its a shame we still have these racist people. It’s even worse, when they are in a position of customer service. ROSA ruined my mood, and my entire day. I hope management does something about this because in this day and age, racism should not be tolerated. Will not be coming back. I’ll just go to the longos across the street. They have better service there anyways!

Clean. A pleasant shopping experience.The price tags are very confusing. Not sure if they do it on purpose.Only one item is on sale as advertised but they put it everywhere making it looked like everything is on sale and at the same unit price.

I just left this location and I am disgusted with the service,As a black woman, I just received from. the bakery section. The employees was working were 2 elder women and 1 elder man. I walked up the the counter roughly 1:45 pm sunday June 26th (check your camera because if i got their names i would include but if you care your company can check). There was a white lady in front of me and the elderly man employee stopped what he was doing and serviced her to slice bread.I waited obviously behind her. once she was done the man left without acknowledging me or mentioning that he would be back. He went to help someone else (fair) but after he was done the man didn't even care to come back to hep me out. on top of that the 2 elder women looked me in my fFACE EYE CONTACT as I stood there for 6 mins obviously waiting to be helped. I HAD TO WAVE ONE DOWN!But that's not the best part! i ask the woman to slice my bread at a certain size and she DIDN'T EVEN DO THE RIGHT SIZE. LIKE I WASN'T GOING TO NOTICE!!. I didn't bother to make a sense because in this day and age WE CAN LEAVE GOOGLE REVIEWS AND TAKE OUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES TO YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WITH THOUSANDS OF FOLLOWERS TO GET THE POINT ACROSS THAT IF YOU DON'T TRAIN YOUR SENIOR EMPLOYEES HOW TO RESPECT EVERY CUSTOMERS IT EFFECT YOUR STOCKSSSSSS. You can politely email my back if you care to resolve this issue. and yes, i will update the review if i can contacted or not!

This store can do better in bakery section. We bought a cake for our anniversary from here (chocolate cake). Sweetest cake on this earth - felt like eating sugar directly from the sugar packet. We had to throw the cake in garbage eventually as it was not edible. Other than store is clean and organized but pricey for the same items which you can find in nearby grocery stores and save your hard earned money.
