Great people, always ready to help where and when they can.

Looking over this website I noticed men, females in early teens, people recovering from drug addiction and the seniors that need elderly care are looked after. Yet a woman that needs a place like Waterson Centre are not included for any help. The agencies that are supposed to help had excuses to drop her case after a couple meetings. Pension cheques only go so far.

Drugs and alcohol any time of the night . People coming and going at all hours. Absolutely no control over the situation by anyone. Plus they want to charge you for this horrible experience. They have people who are paying up to 950.00 a month. If you are on any assistance they take it all. I have been working as much as possible but do not make much, and these people do not help in any way. Unless you are native. Did I just say that??? Dam right I did. There is no help here in any way. These people should all be fired and put on the street in -40 to get a feel of what it's like to be homeless.Don Funk

Better then jail I suppose

Worst place ever costs like $920 a month to live here or $450 a week charged directly to social services they desperately hound the community for food even tho it's like the most profitable non profit organization in North America and they charge all 120 homeless ppl $900 a month and theirs bugs in the food and it's literally squalor and if anyone complains they just kick them out also it's like a tiny room the size of a broom closet and that's for all the ppl they don't make sleep on the floor in overflow there isn't even enough beds and the manager Todd Cullen is really mean and makes his staff work through their lunches and they don't even get to have a half hr break

The rent is very high and not get much for $915. Plus that doesn't include cable or internet.The only thing you get here is the Food.Even that the food here is givening here for free.

The older lady during the day shift is incredibly rude to people and yells and swears at the people there.

Great staff really kind stayed here before catching bus back to BC
