Disappointed that I brought my own cup thinking they didn't have any roll up cups but they still did. No one told me. I noticed when the person behind me ordered the same size I had ordered and they got a roll up cup.

Just stopped at this location. It has been the worst experience. I worked as a supervisor for Tim Hortons for two years and the behaviour I got was unacceptable. I ordered two large double doubles, one made with milk. Seems simple enough. The team member made two large double doubles with cream. No bid deal. I asked her to make mine with milk as requested. The team member proceeded to rip the coffee out of my hands, spilling hot coffee on my hand, throwing it in the sink and turned to say to me that it was my fault the order wasn't made correctly. Meanwhile the order after mine was also made wrong. Worst customer experience.

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes you are served immediately, sometimes it is a 30 minute wait. I think they need to review their staff and scheduling needs.

Nice experience at the location. The good was fresh and has the same taste expected from locations of the chain. We came about 40 minutes before closing so there was no sandwiches available. The location was clean, well lit and the staff was welcoming. The person who provided the service was approachable and smiling.This location is recommended.

Wow the service is super slow. Every time i go there im like in line for like 10 minutes they need to fix up the service. When the hot chocolate machine breaks down its like they stop serving customers and everyone fixes the machine. One older lady there will not even smile or say thank you. Most of them are real good but there are a few bad ones that do not know how to treat customers. Other customers have got tired waitting in line and just left like i did. Speed up the service please i am not the only one complaining thank you
