Watermarks Kitchen and Bath Boutique (Burlington)

I originally purchased my bathroom fixtures from another vendor. Unfortunately I ran into issues with the shower manifold and decided to reach out to Watermark to see if they could help me to find a contact with the manufacturer. I am thankful it was Brandie that took my call. She went above and beyond to try and have my problem fixed. The process was long and she always took my call and tried to find solutions that would keep my cost low. The result is I was left without warranty and had to replace my shower manifold with a new manufacturer. Brandie was able to find one that matched the exact footprint of the faulty one and have it delivered within a week. It is rare to see this level of commitment to customer service these days, especially when I was not a customer of Watermark at the start. When I have another project that requires plumbing fixtures, I will reach out to Brandie W. at Watermark in Burlington.

Our family have been doing business with the Watermark Burlington location for over 5 years and we have enjoyed the relationship very much. They are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. When we were building our home the associates understood our needs and were able to suggest the products to fit our lifestyle. When we had an issue they were very prompt to address our concerns. Recently, my powder room faucet malfunction and I was at a loss on how to remedy the problem so I called Jennis Whitfield at the Burlington location and within 2 hours my problem was resolved. It was amazing. Their exceptional service is the reason I go back to Watermarks.

Very happy with the service we received here. We purchased all of our plumbing for our new build from here. Items were delivered in a timely manner. Communication with Suzanne, our sales rep, has been great. We had some issues and she was quick to respond. Would recommend.

I’m a designer and I’ve been using Chelsea for the past few months for assistance with both my client projects as well my own home renovation and she’s been awesome to work with. Very responsive, knowledgeable and always gets back to me in a timely manner. A few times things have been out of stock but she has offered options. I highly recommend Watermarks for anyone looking for a great place to find quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

Big shout out to Jennis and the Burlington Watermarks team for a job well done. Purchased a Aquabrass product about 4 years ago but the contractor I was dealing with failed to provide any product invoices and has now gone out of business. A quick call to the Burlington Watermarks team with an approximate purchase date and within 3 hours the mystery was solved. Warranty requirements was verified with the manufacture and the replacement part was received within 4 working days....outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new kitchen or bathroom products. Great job.

Our experience at Watermarks when looking for a sink and faucet for a powder room renovation was superb. The showroom is beautifully laid out with a great variety of products. Everyone we dealt with was accommodating and our sales rep, Zariq, went above and beyond to help with our selection and procurement of the items we wanted. We were looking for an unusual powder room vanity and found it at Watermarks.Suzanne Graham was excellent to work with and provided us with pricing and product cut sheets we needed to provide to our contractors the next day. The fixture came 3 months later, which was within the timeline originally stated.Not only the sales experience was excellent, but Suzanne’s follow through was flawless.

We went to Watermarks to get fixtures for a kitchen and bath renovation project for our home. Suzanne was extremely helpful in helping us select everything for our home and made suggestions that we wouldn't have though of and that definitely added some wow factor at a reasonable cost. My wife and I were in the shop sorting out the plumbing fixtures for our entire house renovation. Holly and her colleague was wonderful to work with. The selection was great and pricing seemed reasonable. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the market for these fixtures.

During our custom build, Nancy guided us through the complexities of kitchen, laundry, bathrooms : faucets, sinks, towel warmers, toilets, tubs, etc.... with GREAT attention to detail, and advice from her DEPTH of experience.
