Really good and quick service, Decent price for having to do 0% of the work. Staff was very friendly as made me feel like I could hangout with them. Very likeable people. Good job!

Staff are friendly, quick and helpful. The price however is absolutely absurd. I went in for an oil change, nothing else, yet somehow got a $170 bill? Signature service" fee was 65 where as the oil itself was less than that. In fact

Just another typical scabby oil shop. Did the typical over charge on our parents. $80+ in random charges. Not to mention $62 for a $20 cabin air filter keep up the work guys.You guys claim to want to help with your reply, however they tried calling you multiple times to figure out the extra charges but again you give them a run around on the phone.

Went above and beyond to help me out of a real jam!Napa gave me the wrong kind differential fluid without the slip additive... 2 weeks of driving I hear weird chattering ... 15 mins of google later I realized I / Napa had f-ed up... I live and work out of this truck so I didn't want to risk further damage. I also had to get back on the road in a rush.Not only did they help me with the additive they spent a good hr and called 4 places in town trying to help me find a replacement nut for the differential fill port that was stripped to hell. Because no one had a replacement part and it'd take too long to order, the mechanic pumped the additive through the tiny vent port on top (genius idea!) gave me some good info/advice and I was back on the road that evening, the chattering is gone!I would recommend coming here because these are good ppl and won't rip you off even if you are a newb and they will also explain things to you.Not every Jiffy Lube is equally great (especially in big cities)...but wow these folks are awesome! Just today had the engine oil and fluid in both my differentials changed here.This is the best shop I've been to for having the fluids in my vehicle swapped on the fly.The Staff/Technicians are knowledgable, friendly and make for a good chat.I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle's maintenance.

Way overpriced. $40 higher for the exact same service in Red Deer, Calgary or Edmonton.

I’ve been dealing here for 15 years always happy to go there ,service is outstanding and the back up and support you immensely as a customer.Chad helped me out in a serious situation which was much appreciated.Tell your friends good service is hard to find these days

Took my car in for an oil change, left and went directly to my mechanic shop for repairs. The “technician” working on my car managed to puncture my heater core while looking for my cabin air filter and thus sending coolant into my car. I was rushed out the door with no sticker to remind me of my next oil change, no fluid levels checked or topped up and no real explanation of how they were going to make this situation right other than a reassurance that they would pay for the repairs. Had to call and visit the store more than once to get any answers as no one was willing to put forth the effort to contact me. I was denied an rental paid for by Jiffy Lube while my car is being fixed, which is now going on 10 days so I have been left to bum rides or borrow vehicles from friends to get to and from my job every day. The lack of communication and level of customer service has been nothing short of disappointing.
