Logixx Security - Ottawa Security Services Company

Most unprofessional security company I have ever delt with. One of the interviewer rescheduled my interveiw twice that would have taken no longer 15 minutes to complete. On the day my interview was scheduled, I waited 30 minutes on the Google Teams call.I will look for employement with a more competent security company. Absalute joke.

As a hospital, we have extensive security needs. Logixx has been a long-time partner of ours and we rely on them for a 360-degree solution that has everything from cctvs to emergency response. I can say confidently their team is responsible and sensitive, they are almost always able to prevent issues from escalating-and that’s something we also had trouble with other security companies in Ottawa.

This company does not know proffesionalismI was fired from a site without prior notice and without any reason.Also trying to get in touch with Hr but from past 4 days but no reply.This company first on the pretext of making you believe that they will help you grow but reality is far away from this.The site that was taken from me is given to someone. Imagine going to work and being told you are no longer required.How will you feel?Not only this I was not even paid for my hours.They spoiled my whole day without telling me any reason. Everytime their team is doing partiality when they need you they calls you again and again and when their job is done they removed you from site .Kevin,the Hr never responds to any email.Even after this incident I tried to get in touch with him but he is always like I am busy and just vanished. This is the most unproffesional company to work for. I will never recommend any one to work for this company.

This company isn't real and they don't offer real work. Today I saw one of there guards and he looked very unprofessional and was unaware that my current security company had the contract to the building I'm in. It's been 2 years since I've seen their job ads on indeed. I tried calling and emailing them but they don't follow up at all. If your lucky enough to get someone on the phone then your lucky but it won't go past that. Don't waste your time.

I needed to get an electronic security system for my store after a break in ( the insurance company refused extending coverage otherwise). Spoke to Logixx expecting huge prices (they do bill themselves as the largest Canadian security company), but got a pleasant surprise. Their cloud video surveillance and a night guard are very reasonable (and the insurance gods are happy too).

Logixx is totally useless company. Firstly they call you for interview and say will let you know. After somedays they will send you email that says congratulations we want to go ahead with your application and complete some training and exam that wastes your 2-3 hours. Then they will not reply for some days and will update one document in week. When you will call them to know your application status, they will say sorry you are not selected.

I think this is one of the worst company. In orientation they make you believe that other no company is better for your growth except logixx, logixx will help you to grow future in extreme positions. I have completed my orientation but they didn’t give me any shift after that. Even they will never picked your call . This is what we called lack of professionalism. If someone is waiting for work, and already hired but still sending them emails and text messages on daily basis and they didn’t even response. Guys don’t waste your time out of here.

I’ve been working with Logixx for a few months now and the experience has so far been totally 5-star. Unlike other security companies in Ottawa, I feel like I’m working with professionals. I mean there engineers came and connected the entire CCTV setup to my server…I didn’t have to pay for tech support to do that, saving a LOT of time and money.

We manage condo complexes and were referred to logixx after a bad break with our last Ottawa security company. Had very professional meetings with their managers and supervisors, which gave us the confidence to go ahead with them. Can vouch for their security guards and mobile patrols - not a single missed shift or late arrival in 4 months.

I didn't expect to say this about Logixx Security.Not sure if anyone experience the same or just meI went in for an interview its been about 2 months now.After the interview i was told i was hired for the Danforth location overnights, I completed all my paperwork and to send all my documents etc. . few days after i completed the online training as well.I was told my it takes about 24 hours to create a profile once thats done the schedule will be emailed.weeks went on i didn't hear anything. I tried contacting HR countless of times via call,text,email to ask for an update but not a single reply at all till date no reply. I just stopped waste of timeI believe that basic etiquette of any any company/recruiting department is to follow up with your clients/employee here clearly they didn't.Don't waste people times if the company isn't interested in hiring meatleast inform me so i can look for job elsewherereally disappointed
