This business is owned by the same person that runs the Uhaul Rental at Recycleit in FSJ, I recently moved here in a $ 1500 uhaul rental and the truck was filthy when I picked it up in Vancouver. I used the truck for 2 days, swept it out in FSJ and then drove it and dropped it off at this persons business. When I went back to get my deposit of $ 100 Lindsey Heal ( and yes she acted like one) kept $ 25 saying that there was BEACH SAND in the truck and she had to sweep it. Well anyone who has spent 2 minutes in this town knows that it is gritty and dirty, There was no beach sand it was road sand and it came in the truck in the 5 minute drive to her facility. I told her this however it appears that her business is so cash poor that my $ 25 was probably the only way she could make any profit. When I looked her uhaul up on the net, I see that she has a habit of keeping peoples $ 25. I contacted uhaul and they are sending me back the $ 25If Lindsey knew anything about customer service and wanted to keep customers, she would provide a broom at her facility for people to use. What she does not know is that I moved here to take over several businesses as a regional manager and they all have used her signs in the past. Well guess what, that is the past. We will no longer use her business.Buyer Beware and Lindsey, Your sign revenue is going down!
