Trying to contact the Irish consulate in Vancouver turns out to be ... well .... 'a bit Irish' , as the saying goes. I can't think of the last time I phoned a business, let alone an Embassy, where the phone rings out as it does today ... no options ... no voicemail ... just ring, ring, ring. After 3 tries I am taking a break. Filling out the question form on the website turns out to be equally fruitless.
