Doug's Key Mart & Locksmith Service

Great service from start to finish. I needed a new key shell fob replacement for my Honda Civic and they were able to get the key cut/replaced and done in 15 minutes! Highly recommended.

If you want something done right away: ask a busy person. I needed a replacement key duplicated and programmed asap. Even with one machine down and the techs booking later in the week, the good folks at Doug's hooked me up without delay.

I purchased a couple of full size brass urns awhile ago but could not find anyone around the Lowermainland who was willing to engrave them for various reasons.Then finally I called Doug' Key Mart in Chilliwack and spoke with Rilla who felt comfortable taking on the challenge.The funeral home where I had purchased the urns agreed to provide Rilla with a similar urn to try first. As I was very satisfied with her first attempt, I the asked Rilla to do the engraving on both my urns. I couldn't be happier with the results.TRUE PERFECTION! I have already informed a second funeral home to look no further than Rilla at Doug's Key Mart in Chilliwack for any of their engraving needs.

Our daughter completed the West Coast Trail July 2022, we had purchased a survival knife for her, we wanted to have it engraved to commemorate this great achievement! Doug’ Key Mart did an outstanding job engraving, exactly what we had in mind! Great service & workmanship! Thank you!

Doug’s Key Mart & Locksmith went above and beyond to help us get out of a jam when we got locked out of our vehicle. The key fob’s battery had died and was then accidentally left behind in the vehicle before manually locking it. With a baby in tow we were really worried!! Luckily, Doug’s came through. They picked up their phone promptly, and got to our location quickly. Once there, they got to work and we were back in our vehicle, battery replaced, and on our way much faster than we’d anticipated. From call to completion it took 32 minutes. Very impressive!! We are so thankful they resolved this stressful situation for us with speed & professionalism - all at a very affordable rate! Thank you!!!

Use poor quality replacement keys.Didn't last very long at all.If you want to charge $150 at least use a decent product.Had to pay $150 a second time.Hope it last longer then 6 months.

Anyone that's ever needed a locksmith knows that they are absolute lifesavers but they were also very friendly, prompt and so reasonably priced. If I ever get stuck again I will definitely call.
