Please have mercy on your parents dont bring them here. I used to be with them and they will not give your parents care they deserve! Always short staff mcp which is untrained psw give medications, they will document it was given but its on their food that they dont eat or other confused residents come along and grab the medicated food or most of the time the meds is on the floor. New MCC A" used to be a psw and she was so bad at it she was all sweet talk to family but neglect her residents once family go home. And she dont care if staff are struggling everyday with 3 people short. Horrible"

Not what they advertise always not enough staff. Food is terrible bistro is always empty the line ups for the dining room is rediculous. They line up down a long hallway the service is super slow. It’s not at all what you would expect for the high price of living there

Staff are very kind. Staff levels seem adequate for patient care. A big emphasis was put on making the facility light filled and it is quite cheerful as a result. Two very pleasant cafes with complimentary sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit and hot beverages make visits very pleasant. There is a small garden to walk or sit in and the home is close to the town of Dundas. There are many activities for residents, both able bodied and disabled to participate in.

My parents moved in at the end of July. Melanie went out of her way to ensure their comfort and was excellent to deal with regarding their move. Lisa the GM was also very helpful and open to feedback. Now that they've been there a few months, they are enjoying the amenities, the programming and the location. I appreciate the efforts of all staff to engage residents in programming that fits their interests. Staff at the front desk, especially Carole and Yogi, are very welcoming. I would highly recommend Amica at Dundas.
