Terry robbed and devastated my family and I for over 23.3k when put into a 7% INTEREST ONLY C-Lender mortgage for almost a year with crazy fees until Christmas promising it would all get sorted into a real mortgage as promised when rates were 1.45-2.69 and just sign the paperwork… none of which was in his budgets that led me on. My first new home experience has been a ptsd tragedy and a nightmare for my well-being and mental, emotional health and I just want my damages and hard earned film industry stunt money back please and thank you. I had to hire a lawyer and pay even more retainer fees to send a demand letter. I was left broke with a friends blow up mattress on the floor and needed friends and family financial support. Todd Healey of BC broker conduct can’t believe what happened and how long it took and is on the case since 2021. Nothing has been paid back yet:( Please help Terry! I have my file to someone else who got it done in 2 weeks and said that’s how easy it is suppose to be! Praying every night since beginning of 2021 for a resolution and for you do the right thing and right your wrongs so we can all get peace. It looks like Purani Pappi below was also robbed dishonestly for 20k so I am not the only one. Please help.

Terry ripped off my friend using my name with a friend of mine for $20,000. At the time my friend was dealing with his 9 year old son battling stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer. Terry agreed that he was dishonest and I have proof of all of this. His actions were criminal but I did not notify the police. I just wanted the money paid back. Terry has been dodging me for the past 2 years and saying he would pay it back. A little amount has been paid back but the games continue. I hope this review is read and people at his business know who this person really is. I will be getting documents together to add to this review in the coming weeks.Happy New Year Terry!

Terry went above and beyond in completing our mortgage approval. His work was impressive to say the least. We had a hard time getting approved for what we wanted before him but Terry had no problem with getting us the amount we needed. I would highly recommend him.

I had called Terry and explained to him we usually do our mortgages through TD but we were having trouble since I had quit my job and started my own business last year. Terry spent a lot of time with me explaining how traditional mortgages work and how alternative lending can sometimes be better in the short term for new small business owners.Terry had no problem setting up an alternative lending plan in case we weren't able to secure lending through TD and he was very professional and always available to take my call.
