Cal and staff here are awesome! When my engine needed to be replaced, he gave a fair estimate on replacement, but then went a step further and found a way to have the job done for free! RPA has gained a customer for life! Honest...Diligent..helpful!

I went to get an alignment for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I asked if they torque the jam nuts for tie rod and drag link, they said no. Apparently they don’t have a crow foot for it , so he said he just tightened it . I asked for a marker to mark them before going home, he gave me a blue marker and i marked them jam nuts and rods. 20min drive to my garage and i checked if it came loose, and it did. Not surprised, it wasnt torqued to spec! I wish they knew more about this kind of stuff . Please be aware for getting an alignment from them. Luckily i didnt go straight offroading.

I took my 20 something year old van into River Park Auto to get some preventative work done to the engine ( timing belt, water pump, thermostat). The van has a transverse mounted v6 engine and I expected a lot of labor would be required. I got a very reasonable estimate and made an appointment to get the work done. I brought the van in on a Monday and it was ready the next day. I had supplied the new parts and they returned all the old ones. It appears they have incredibly good mechanics. The people at the service desk are also friendly and efficient. I will recommend this auto repair location to all my friends and family.

Very fair labor rate.However, the cost of replacement of my low cobtrol arm depends on whether my car equipped with dynamic suspension. I was not sure about it at time of paying the bill and i asked front desk if they found out that during replacement. She said it would not make a big difference on the bill then i was charged for 1.7 hour rate for dynamic suspension and it could be 1.5 hour rate if confirmed it is not a dynamic suspension.If you are not sure about it why don't you charge me 1.5 hours instead of 1.7 hours.Why let you customer pay for this. It is 30 dollars including tax from a customer's pocket.Quite disappointed with the answer and would never come back again so just paid it.

Honestly I live In the area and was referred by someone who raved about them also. I went to get some repairs done from ice rut damage and some I had putt off from my dealerships fall inspection. Not only did I get the car back in One day (was expecting it to be at least 3 days) but the repairs the dealership found in the fall were looked at and deemed to not be a concern at this time. They are really practical about the repairs and trustworthy as I totally would have shelled out for all the work the dealership quoted if they seconded it. I was beyond impressed with the service and the bill actually came in significantly below their estimate in the end. For ex. they said the book value and time of this job is so many hours, and depending if all goes well on the job it sometimes can take a lot less time and gave me a range of cost to expect. I was surprised the job was done one the lower range of that scale in the end. I can’t say enough good things - other than now s customer for life. Please don’t ever change u guys!

I've used their services for years, and sent family and friends there. At worst" their service is still well above average

Never going back. Multiple issues with said miscommunication/errors, lack of attention to detail, lack of accountability, manipulative comments and being without a car for a day and a half.Was initially quoted for a strut repair, prior to coming for an appointment. While we confirmed that the quote was for our car model, we decided to go to them due to reasonable price. We initially offered our VIN as they didn't even ask.They promptly realized about an hour after we dropped the car off for the appointment, that the part was for the wrong model. They commented it was an error in the computer system. Not only that, the quote that they initially gave us was wrong, and the new quote they now gave us was more expensive. So fine, rescheduled the appointment and came another day. Fast forward to the next appointment a few days later, for which we drop the car off at 9am. They say it will be done by 5pm. They phone at around 4pm saying the wrong part (but for the right car) came in and they are now reordering it. They can't fix it time, so they keep our car until the noon the next day. They tell us its ready, so we come to pick it up, to our surprise we had to wait another 30 minutes at the center because there was a miscommunication that another car was ready and not ours. For all the time it took, we asked for some compensation and none was given at this visit (they tried to promise a discounted oil change next time), and then they proceeded to say there was some parts of the repair that wasn't included on the quote that was not charged"

If I could give no stars, I would give no stars. They are not helpful and do not take accountability.
