Canada Post

This location is not following the BC Emergency Act! As of April 1st the Act states there may be people with health conditions who cannot wear a mask. It also states there is to be no abusive behavior towards those who wear or don't wear a mask. I went in without a mask like I have at other post offices and the staff person starting yelling at me to get out. I explained the exemption I had and she said no way. Get out. Go on...get out. She was yelling and shouting at me and wouldn't listen to my explanation of the Act. I just left and went to another Canada Post and no problem. That woman needs to be educated on the Emergency Act. She also needs a lesson in manners and professionalism.

Just returned from the Wellington branch and I am disgusted by the treatment by one of their staff. Since COVID has gotten worse the new" staff have added a spot inside for a third person to wait. I arrived and was waiting in the entrance vestibule

I get it. There is covid 19 to contend with. However my item has been listed as in Nanaimo now for 3 DAYS!!!!! And yet I cannot pick it up! I paid for express and so far im past the delivery date that would have applied if I had chose free delivery. It only took 2 days to get here from Ontario. Yet 3 days to be listed as able to pick up. I even tried. Nope sorry. No excuses just incompetence!!!

Opened my door to find package on door step soaked from the rain. Inside the paper envelope was a soft cover book. Now damaged from the rain! How thoughtless. In the middle of a strike for more money to! Provide better service!

We live in Brechin area, not happy with the delivery service that is in our area!!!Our route has a new driver. Since the change nothing is right. We have gone a week with nothing delivered, except for the incorrect address.this was sent from the city, and after several attempts to have the letter redelivered, by the carrier i took it to the post office my self.I had a large package sent through the post, that required customs payment. In the mail box a note was left no one home pick up at the post office. Thats fine, it would have been great if someone would have at least knocked on the door. We were both home the entire day!the KICKER is when I get home today to find my Tax documents in a legal size envelope was left sticking out of the box in the RAIN to to get soaked and fill the box with water also. I AM PISSED.We are concerned about ordering anything in the future as we no longer trust it will be delivered.

Poor service ever..it was showing that the package will be delivered by the end of the day and now it’s been 3days..package not delivered yet. When I call they were like it’s in the truck it would be delivered by end of the day or next morning..I don’t know how long I have to wait..very bad service

Canada post has ruined Christmas for me 4 years in a row, they won’t allow me to pick up my 4 packages sitting there, use every excuse in the book and aren’t delivering my packages. 2023 is going to be the year of boycotting canada post, I don’t care if I have to pay triple the amount in postage this company is a literal joke. They don’t answer the phone and they give fake phone numbers that don’t work for managers.

This is the Canada Post office on East Wellington near Bowen in Nanaimo. Its friendly and capable staff often have to cope with uncomfortable lineups of people jammed into the small lobby in front of them.

Our mail box was criminally compromised" it took a few days for them to put the letter on them which read "come to the east wellington road office to pick up your new keys" I got there and the lady was extremely rude and when I asked If I can pick up the keys she snapped "we don't have them yet" I suggest canada post writes more detailed letters. And maybe speed up the process of replacing broken mailboxes. Also you should ask your employees if they like their job
