I come here after pretty much every gym sesh to grab a shake. Staff is kind and very helpful when it comes to picking supplements/flavours. Products are affordable and they have a decent stock of pre workout and BCAA's from multiple brands.

They had my favourite protein bar, which I could not find it at the Burnaby location (I visited multiple times throughout last year, never in stock). I wish they have the strawberries and cream flavour and cinnamon bun flavour Daryl’s bars.

Best Popeye's location in the Lower Mainland! I always drive to this location even though there's another location closer to me. Their staff members are always pleasant and informative. It is also very clean and organized inside the store. Last time I was in, Nick was the only one working and still took his time to accomodate and help everyone to in the store. Popeye's has great prices and is definitely worth checking out.
