Dilawri Collision went above and beyond in their service for me. They listened, and they did everything they could to do a complete and excellent job, and when I got my car back, they HAD done an excellent job. At first, they said they wouldn’t be able to book my car in until the new year, but they actually got it in in early December. They even completely cleaned my car on the inside, which I hadn’t asked for, it was an unexpected surprise. When something went wrong on their end with the paint, they didn’t try to hide it, they told me about it, which I appreciate immensely, took responsibility for it, and they corrected it, without extra expense to me. By the end of this experience, I felt they had been so, so good to me. I HIGHLY recommend them. It’s this kind of service and integrity they deal with that has kept me coming back to them for my car repairs through the years. After this experience and the outcome of the repairs on my car, I don’t want to go anywhere else, and I think that anyone else’s experience will be the same. They treat people VERY well and do GREAT work at Dilawri Collision. You’d never know there had been any damage to my car, they did such a good job. Thank you staff and auto body techs at Dilawri, you really went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, and I am SO thankful for that. You treated me really well. Thank you.

Brian and Team were very professional and dealt with a difficult situation very well. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy as a client and corrected/compensated matters that were not directly theirs to own. Where others would perhaps have washed their hands of things, they dug in and made sure their customer left happy. I would recommend.

Brian and his team were absolutely amazing as they went out of their way to get my car in quickly and had my window replaced the same day and even drove me to work via a shuttle. They noticed I needed new wiper blades and suggested I get them replaced which was a great idea especially with a brand new window. When I went to pick up my car they totally surprised me by having my car cleaned inside and out. I was so excited as my car was a huge mess and they made it look brand new again. I’ve been dealing with them for about 10 years now and their customer service has always been top notch. I Highly recommend using them for all your collision repairs as you will not be disappointed

Recently had my 2021 GMC Sierra in for some body work. I dealt with Karly the Parts Manager, who got my truck booked in quickly and the parts were ordered and arrived much faster than anticipated! I was expecting my truck to be in the shop for a month but to my surprise, it was done within a week! The service was above and beyond- they even detailed my truck and it was given back to me looking brand new again! Thanks Karly and the staff at Dilawri Auto Body!

Went to the collision centre to have my windshield chip repaired. The customer service was very professional and awesome to deal with. The repair was done quickly and the windshield chip looked amazing. I would highly recommend the collision centre to everyone. Thanks again for the great service

I had my Kia in for repairs on the passenger side after we where side swiped. The whole side was pushed in and we didn’t think it would be repairable. Brian and his team not only made it as great of an experience as possible. Great turn around and had enterprise right in the building when we dropped of so we could rent a car. Quality work and no hassles.

Dilawri has been fantastic to deal with over the years! Recently, we had our windshield replaced. Hieu and Sandra were a big help ordering our replacement and setting up my appointment. They were quick and efficient! They have been our “go to”Location for service and repairs! The vehicle was cleaned up too and the keys were handed over from the Brian, their manager, with a big smile. They make you feel like family! Thank you to the team!

Our truck went there after hitting deer on the highway for some front end work and repair. Repairs were completed quickly for us to get us back on the road and we got the truck back in immaculate condition!Would highly recommend for bodyshop repairs!
