I went in to ask about resizing my fiance's wedding ring and he suggested I bring my fiance in to get properly fitted. When we returned, not only was he extremely helpful, but made the small adjustments we needed and didn't even charge. In the financial stress of planning a wedding, the gesture was incredibly kind, and I will surely use and recommend his services going forward!

Ed helped us pick out a setting for our engagement ring and set the stone that we had bought separately. It turned out beautifully! He was quick, professional, and cared about his work. Ring was a bit too big when we got it so he resized it for us free of charge which was very nice of him. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and caring jeweler in town :) Thanks Ed!

Brought in my gold pendant to be repaired as the top had worn quite thin. Ed was able to repair it and even added a jump ring that won't fall off! I'm incredibly pleased with the work.

I went to Shimmer Jewellery looking for someone to repair a necklace chain that had snapped. Ed not only fixed the chain (you can't even tell it was ever broken) He polished it up, (as well as the matching bracelet) all done in a quick and timely manner for a very reasonable price. Will definitely return and would recommend to everyone!Lots of great consignment jewellery as well.

I am very happy with my experience at Shimmer jewellery. The customer service was spectacular, and the repair is very well done. Plus, the quote on the repair was exactly what it cost, which was cheaper than any where else that i researched. I also took another ring in that needed cleaning and reshaping that the jeweller repaired for free. Thank you!!

I have know Ed for more than 10 years and it doesn't matter if you want a quick repair or a unique custom piece for that major purchase, he provides old world service. He is always there, does it himself and stands behind his work. He has a large selection of pieces that you won't see on anyone else's finger. I can strongly recommend Ed at Shimmer Jewellery
