I have had a number of visits over the past years and just recently brought my friend's car that needed a body repair and paint job, and as always got their immediate response and follow-ups, a free and honest repair recommendation and estimate, got a repair that is as good as new, at the most reasonable cost, plus complementary cosmetic touches at no costs. Had them repair a large scratch on my Mercedes and their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever seen! Used their services for my ICBC covered repairs on my 2013 Subaru BRZ after a pothole cracked by front bumper, tore out my fender liner, while also wrecking my rim and tire. The initial inspection was quick, with all needed photos taken while I filled out ICBC and shop paperwork. The parts were ordered and within a few days they took in my vehicle for repairs. They offered me a courtesy vehicle, which to my surprise was a brand new 2023 Toyota Corolla with under 400km on it. Patrick is very professional, courteous, and goes through all the processes needed to get the repairs done without any hassle. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an ICBC accredited shop.

Took my SUV here for my ICBC claim. The shop has a great atmosphere and is very organized, which isn’t always the case with other bodyshops. Patrick is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. The paint job is perfect. Couldn’t be happier with results.

Really impressive! sometimes communication was delayed and I almost panicked, but they more than made up for it. They handled all the ICBC stuff, and returned my car absolutely perfect and fully detailed. They even drove it back home since I was stuck with a sick child. They also fixed an extra bump where i hit a curb- no extra charge. Definitely recommend and would use again if needed
