e block used to a fare auction ,, after a little while frank as manager fail to run as honest and transparent ,,lack of knowledge .. and simply doing as he used to do in ADESA ,,,watch if you buying car mentioning small issue ,,or manipulation of words ,,,, his to be closely watched ,,, it is important to know one day everyone of you buyer will , notice ,,buying car not safe to drive and none transportation ,, and let us believe ,we did mention ,, ,, these guys will go to distance to make money with ,whatever cost,, none ethical , or professional .. old saying , a mans character should be judged by his caring and action ,,, his past talks louder in this case and event
