Ryan came to our door canvassing the neighbourhood. He was very polite, respectful and enthusiastic and we invited him back for a sit down to talk about replacing our old gutters. He was very knowledgeable and problem solved with my husband for a couple of hours talking about a wet corner and solutions to redesign the downspout system to more equally share the downpours when it rains. We have a new steel roof we need to protect and we know that it's more work to replace gutters and have also decided to replace the old fascia but have yet to have the work done. We are looking at dates about 3 weeks out and I'm getting a more detailed quote but so far the company has treated us very courteously both in person and on the phone. Looking forward to seeing the final install.

Had an initial meeting with Ryan regarding the need for gutter guards. We had a very frank and honest discussion about the needs for our home and how Home Service Solutions can help meet those needs. After meeting a couple other times to clear up some additional questions, we are comfortable giving HSS our business and look forward to the work being done. Very happy with the Home Service Solutions, their responsiveness and the eaves they installed. Everything works and looks great, and was completed quickly. When getting our windows/doors done, the installer even commented on how well done the eaves are.

The price was very reasonable (lower than some quotes we had pre-pandemic), and the installation was done within a few weeks of our quote. The installation team was great, very communicative and professional. I would absolutely recommend this team!The only downside is that now we actually need to look at our thermometer to see if the snow is melting, because the eavestroughs aren't leaking anymore :)
