Contrary to most reviews, I had a slightly easy experience. I missed the driver twice while I was at work, thats on me. I got worried by the terrible reviews and poorly designed website. I requested emailing me a pickup location to get my parcel, they ACTUALLY called me the next business day, after the weekend, to give me the address. I was flabbergasted by such personal customer service, I'm used to reply bots. So I went to the address and showed them my parcel slip and tracking number and my ID, I was out within 2 minutes. Easy peasy lemon squeezy

All my years of using delivery services, I have never had any experience has terrible as this. They have no form of communication to clients. They don’t call or try to buzz to inform you they are around for delivery and after two attempts of just showing up at my apartment building and not trying to buzz or call me.. I was home all day only to receive a text that “consignee not home” … even called their customer support to leave a note for the driver to please call after the first failed attempt. Now I have to come pick up at a very far location. Its beyond ridiculous! I would never recommend this company to any one or business. Businesses be aware you would loose customers if you use them…. Cause I would never purchase from a company that uses Canpar. Terrible service!

Dishonest, unreliable and staff are incompetent and unhelpful. They lied about their “several delivery attempts” and that we were not home - when we were home. We checked our cameras they never attempted any delivery. Then they lost our package when arrived at the depot to pick up - which is very out of the way and closes at 6pm. How is this business even allowed to operate? This is the absolute worst courier service. Avoid at all cost!

Awful. That is the best word I can use to describe our experience. Allegedly confirmed an address change and now mysteriously can’t deliver the package. Boycotting this company and Toysrus after being forced into a $30 delivery charge and then they couldn’t even deliver the gift (no refund on the delivery charge either). Avoid if you can.

Trash company. Refused to deliver my package to my apartment. Insisted that they needed a buzzer code in order to deliver it because it needed a signature. My building is old and doesn't have a buzzer system. I gave them my phone number to call instead, they said they won't call upon arrival. Told them they could deliver it to my moms house in the same town instead. They delivered it, left it on the porch stating no signature required. F these guys, avoid using their shipping company at all costs.

if someone gives a 2 or higher rating they are clearly a manager or have never actually dealt with this company.read every review , they pretty much sum up what the experience is.it is most likely a union job. bare minimum effort everyshift.

Terrible experience with this company. They were unable to deliver a package because the buzzer in my building was not working, while I've received packages from Amazon just fine, they simply don't care about delivering their customers.I tried to call them and getting a customer service agent is in itself a hassle, having to deal with their automated options. When finally getting an agent, they truly treat the customer like they don't care, terribly mean and without any care whatsoever.How this company is still in business is beyond me, but also, how companies still make use of their service". I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unprofessional shipping company and am extremely disappointed with their service. Like the other reviews here, I was left a notice saying that I wasn’t home when in reality I was home the entire day. I contacted customer care to get into contact with the driver, they said they could not do so. I then asked them to give the driver my phone number and to call on arrival for the next delivery attempt. Then a few days later I got another message saying that I wasn’t home for delivery when I was literally standing outside and had been the the whole day moving items in and out of my new place. They then informed me that I had to come pick up my order on my own, which is absurd as it was a large piece of furniture. I was supposed to receive the shipment over 12 days ago, still nothing, ridiculous.

Terrible service. Gladly, i dont have to use them much. The courier left before i could even get to the door. Then there is no address for pick up. I can't enter my tracking number online. I can't get through on the phone. I've been waiting for an online agent for over an hour. And they only hold my package for 5 days. Thanks a lot.

This company has absolutely no communication, doesn't give you a delivery time frame or that it's out to be shipped, doesn't give a failed delivery notice, employees call from their private cells about delivery, which looks like spam. I wasn't in a position to choose the shipper, but holy smokes is this the worst company. The cheap price they *may offer isn't worth your time, hassle, and ultimately your money.
