I had a water leak on my furnace and I called SIA heating and cooling. The owner came to my residence and fixed the issue the same day and charged me a more than fair rate. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

I had an excellent experience with SIA. He was very responsive when my furnace quit in the dead of winter. He gave me several possible solutions for repair or replacement after calling his suppliers to get different pricing on parts. Given my furnace was nearing the end of its useful life anyway, I went with a full replacement. Sia did the job efficiently and cleanly and in good time. Perhaps best of all, he would keep me constantly updated with how things were progressing. Even his pricing was competitive. I love my new furnace and was very happy that I did not even have to take care of disposing of the old one. Next time I have a need for heating/cooling service, I plan to call SIA first and last.

Excellent customer service, very responsive and they really know what they are doing. Although I have a warranty on my new house systems I would call SIA instead of having to deal with the company the builder used for my new home. These guys who work with builders have no clue what they are doing and have no honesty or integrity. They install the system and do not even bother to test or tune it up and make sure it is running optimally. I had to call SIA to do that for me instead, they diagnosed and fixed issues for me instead of the original installers and installed new components as needed.
