Incredibly bad experience. Ordered RAM modules from them through Best Buy's website. They only sent 1 of the modules ordered but charged for both! They have to know these things work in pairs... When you call customer service, after 1 min of wait time, the robot just tells you to leave a message then hangs up. What kind of service is this?
