Was looking to spend a decent amount of money on a couple of well made shoes and popped into Soft Moc this past weekend. When I entered the store there were 2 other people shopping. The two staff members stayed behind the counter the entire time and did not offer any assistance to any of us. Myself and another customer had to approach the counter to request shoe sizes and were made to feel like an inconvenience. I went to sit on one of the benches anticipating trying the shoes on. After a few minutes the staff member came out, stayed at the front of the store and just loudly said, Yeah

I have been a regular customer here for a long time, i love the amazing stock, but now this store has improved a lot in customer service as well.

2 ladies working there had a ridiculous behavior. I asked for a size the lady brought me a bigger one, I told her I want AUS 7.5. It took her sometime to confirm with her colleagues what us size that would be, while I didn’t asked for that! Finally she got the smaller size as I wanted to try from the beginning, after trying I saw its small and asked for a bigger one. The whole team started to talk and she nearly threw the box to me. They started talking and nagging quietly behind my back. Awful people!

Went in here with my family to buy a pair of Blundstone boots for my daughter on May16th 2019 and just like the reviews from other customers,customer service is non existent. There was 3 people working and nobody helped us. We ended leaving the store without purchasing the boots.

Extremely unhelpful staff. As many reviewers have commented before me, the staff never came out to help any customers. I saw a total of three workers all of whom did not step away from the back of the store or the front desk. With about 6 people in the store we did not have room to try on shoes. I actually ordered my shoes online and when shipped I received the attached document on the front on my invoice. I went to do an instant exchange and was told I could not exchange without the original box. I No where under the instant exchange instructions does it note that the original box is needed; thus why I recycled it AFTER reading the instant exchange instructions. I've contacted the online support and have been responded to with absolutely no help, all they've done is blamed me for not reading the exchange policy properly. Furthermore I will no longer be a customer of SoftMoc and am recommending that my friends and family also follow suit. Horrible customer service from the floor level to corporate.

This store has been awesome. I have purchased several pairs of blundstones and slippers and other things and have always received great service. They also made warrantying products a breeze. Have recommended several of my friends buy boots from this store.

Customer service is terrible here. Not helpful or friendly. Both staff members stayed behind the cash register the entire time even though I was the only one in the store. They didn't make an effort to check if my size was available at the back or to call other stores or offer similar styles - just claimed they didn't have it. Scrolling down, I see other reviewers had this same problem. I will not be returning to this location.

It was the worst step, showed lies and was very seriously rude.It does not even deserve 1star I would like to give a minus star.I picked up the shoes on display 0ne and asked for size 7.They came out with a box.Inside the shoe box , there were displayed shoes packed and given to me as if they were new.The shoes had a red tag with the sale price on it. She Tricked it like new and gave it to me.Giving out the displayed shoes to customer isn't right during this pandamic, if they were giving out the shoes to me they should have notify me before lending it out.I asked if there were any new packed shoes. They went in without a comment and unpleasant expression, and immediately came out with a new item.They had brand new packedge, but they tricked me.They were very rude when paying and handing things over to me.This was the first time I had ever seen such a rude and unpleasant store and 2 staffs.

Don't shop here if you want to be able to change your mind and return something!! They did not let me return brand new sandals and the staff accused me of lying and wearing them around outside. I felt humiliated. Won't be coming back here again.

The staff here are the worst in customer service. I bought a pair of scandals and would have received a $20 reward and was not informed. When I went back with the receipts to undertake the $20 credit with all the tags of the product, they wanted to see the scandals and then only undertake the credit. This is totally ridiculous. Do not shop at this store. The customer service is one of the worst. A total discredit to the customers.
