A good place for grad students. It is nice and quiet. The only downside is that it may be a little expensive if you are living on your own.

It was a nice neighborhood and the units are quite large and very clean. It has two tiny problem.1- it is far from downtown so it's very quiet and soulless specially for students who don't have car and want to enjoy walking neighbourhood.2- postal address is shared with several buildings so sometimes your package will be delivered to a wrong building with same unit number!

Building arrangement can be somewhat confusing for visitors. Apartments are very nice and a reasonable price.

The rent for a single bed is fairly reasonable. It is also all inclusive however you do have to pay for internet. It would be nice if the place was a little closer to campus it is like 30 minutes by bus however it comes quite frequently so it is manageable. It also has a laundry, mailboxes, bbq and basketball court.

Never park a bike hereHomeless people are all aroundMy bike and my wife’s bike were stolen in two weeks and sometimes homeless people find this place good for stealing something
