Very, very helpful. They helped me choose a wine that was right for me and my friend and we made it in the store. The wine turned out so good! Everyone loves it! Definitely recommend this place. Super friendly.

Any business that says they are open, but turned out to not be, definitely deserves a one star rating! No explanation posted in the window as to why they are closed early. Hours of operation clearly state they’re supposed to be open. How disappointing. Guess I’ll just go to a Estate Brewing another day like I normally would.______________Review update: I have since attended this business once and the service I received was good and considerate. Still have a bad taste in my mouth from my first review, but definitely need some more stars given the last experience. Increased to 3-stars.

Very helpful and knowledgeable in winemaking. Nice selection of products and the ability to make in-house is fantastic for those without the means to at home.

Worst wine making store! I asked my wife to go and pick up some mead or wine yeast for a brew which I was going to do soon. This place sold her beer yeast and told her 'it would be fine'. I am not sure what kind of a wine making shop would sell beer yeast instead of wine yeast. The store hasn't been open on 5 different occasions for me to get a return. I will never go here again.

This is my store of choice for all wine kits and supplies. I have tried them all and this store carries a wine selection that is bullet proof and reliable. Al, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable and is a good source of information and tips to help you make the best batch possible. My Vino mini wine filter was not running properly and Al offered to see what he could do to make it work better. Within days he phoned and said it just needed a good cleaning in some of the ports and it is running now as good as new. Since Al did not need to replace any parts, he waived the service fee as thanks for being a good client. So parking is ample and you can get close to the door. Al or his staff will help you carry your kits out to the car if you need it. He also has a you-brew area in the back of the store if you want to have him help you finish off a batch. I have not used that service since I have a complete set up at home for brewing. Don't hesitate to drop in and talk to Al or his staff. You won't be sorry.

My husband and I have just started on this wine making journey and the gentleman who owns this shop has been an amazing resource, letting me know exactly what I need, and don’t need, and how to best go about doing it. I haven’t tried any of their wine kits yet but will definitely be in the future!

Came in shopping for Christmas, bought a wine kit starter with corker and our first wine. Got a great deal on everything, and the guy who helped us was very informed, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!Update August 2016: since my initial review, I have been into the store countless times and they have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Furthermore, because I purchased my Wine kit from them they also gave me a free filter rental on my last branch of Amarone. Best place for wine kit supplies with insightful suggestions and advice!

This is hands down my favorite wine store in Edmonton and surrounding areas (and I've been to all of them :) The wine is great but the Customer Service is what makes this store outstanding. The owner is so friendly kind knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Creative Connoisseur for making my Wine Hobby a fun and enjoyable experience, you go above and beyond!!

I dont even recall if I had done a Google review before but this time I have to. Avoid this place. Two things.1) the sign says the place was open but the place was locked. Then later a person opened the door for me.2) Horrible customer service. By mistake I paid with my company credit card. I asked the transaction to be canceled and I would pay with my personal credit card. I even mentioned I would pay any penalty fee required, he still refused.Notice, legally I'm entitled to a full refund if I wanted to return the items (specially when I had not even touched them yet). So, I dont see what was his problem. I repeat, I had not even touched the items yet.Instead, I had to contact my employer and explain the situation.Edit: the person replied saying he would refund me with cash. Still he is clueless on what he did. I was going to pay with my other credit card. Meaning there was no way he going to lose his money. Avoid this place
