The North location answered the phone. The East side not.My dog past away while I was away from home. When I called the East location multiple times I did not receive an answer. I proceeded to call the North location and the lady on the phone was very sympathetic. She informed me that I would and could take my dog directly to the East location for her to be cremated. Though I would not recieved anything back. I asked her about a fee and she said right now there was no charge.Upon arrival at the East location the lady was outside playing on her phone having a cigarette. With no mask in sight. She informed me they were closed. I told her that we were there because the lady at the North location told us to go to this location due to our dog passing away. Within two seconds of this information she informed my hysterically crying self that there was a 70$ fee. I let her know what the lady at the North said about no charge and she rolled her eyes and huffed before going to get the book to fill out our information. If anything I would recommend people to go to the North location is seems that they have more compassion towards people and their fur babies.May my little Angel girl be running free over the rainbow bridge. I love you Tila

We visited this place on a very sad day of our rabbit's sad demise. We called them to arrange delivering the body to them. They were very supportive, and upon our arrival there, we received a perfect service.

The service seemed fairly polite to me but the procedure for adopting my cat made no sense to me. She was in the adoption room but still needed a vet to sign her off first. This on top of a first come first serve basis caused me but the staff everyday so that someone else didn't adopt her.

It’s been almost four years that I adopted my cat from this shelter. He is so adorable and needy. I can’t imagine how to live without him. Thank you for letting me adopt him. Everyone please support adoption instead of purchase

Was met by an employee early, as we were dropping off a colony of feral cats, to be neutered and released back into the community. He was very cordial and reassuring as we have become attached to these kittens.

I would give this location five stars however it will have to be four stars. I recently adopted kittens from this location and I really appreciated the low adoption fees and less intrusive process compared to other adoption services to adopt a pet. The process was straight forward and hassle free and the staff was quite friendly. My issue arises with the lack of information provided about the pet license fee. Rather than informing me about this fee for the pet the representative handling my adoption process just included it in the adoption fee. This is problematic because I qualify for a fee waiver which I was automatically denied because of the incompetence of this representative at the shelter. This is not acceptable and adopters should be informed by staff about potentially qualifying for a fee waiver or fee subsidy for the mandatory pet license instead of staff just automatically charging adopters. Given the cost of caring for an animal having this fee waived is quite beneficial and adopters should be informed during the adoption process. This is especially true since a refund cannot be issued after this fee has been charged. The situation was really irritating and angered me to say the least. My review is only reflective of this particular location and does not apply to another location where someone I knew was informed of the pet license waiver fee. Hence how I became aware of the fee waiver for the pet license.

We adopted a gorgeous tortoiseshell cat from there 3 weeks ago and she's doing amazingly well! The staff were incredible and the adoption process was extremely fast and easy. I'm so thankful for T.A.S. and all they do there! ❤

I went to this location last week, the place was closed. I didn't know I had to view on line first. OMG! the front area smelled like something died there, I had to block my nose. Oh, I hope the animals are ok. That place was stink, I hope the inside doesn't smell like the outside.
