I had the worst experience of my life here , I came here to activate my ESIM FOR FIDO I CAME IN STORE APPROACHED AN ANGENT NAMED SOHIL he didn’t even listen to me about my question cut me off in between and just told I am with a client it will take 2 minutes and I’ll get back to you we waited there for more than 45 minutes without anyone approaching us to ask what was my question or my concern to walk into store after 45 minutes I got to know I need the main account holder for my concern . I told him that I approached you he could have atleast heard my question and asked meWhat I needed from the store this was the worst customer service experience of my life SOHIL ISNT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL RATHER AVOIDENT TO CLINETS!
