There is no reason not to give Old Navy 5 stars!They have a piece of cloth for every family member at reasonable prices yet good quality.Sales are on throughout the year.I like their jeans collection.Old Navy staff are there to make your shopping easy.

The employees at the Trainyards location watch you as you shop. They act like you are going to steal when you’re just browsing and it’s really uncomfortable. Management, who is trying to steal from Old Navy? Sad

What a great visit to this location. My wife and I showed up at 8AM to shop. We were greeted by Charles and Angela. The 2 were outstanding and helped us get everything we needed. Charles even helped me with a sweater we couldn't find and gave me the last one off the manequin. Also we were super impressed at how clean and covid friendly this place was.

I went here today to stock up my summer clothing since I've changed sizes since last year. The staff were very helpful without making you feel like they're on top of you. I had an interaction with 3 staff members and all 3 of them were attentive and delightful. I keep coming back and it's not just for the constant sales. When I'm asked for recommendations, this is the first place I think of!

Old Navy in a lot of ways are the standard for low entry point clothing basics to me, so I couldn't really imagine a fairer score than 3 stars.Location is great though, that much I can say - most recently came in to pick up a couple of things that had worn through in my wardrobe. The staff was helpful and even sorted out a shipment through the website to my home for the items that were not in stock (unlike the standard in a couple of weeks" you might get at other stores or locations)Honestly a great level of care that will undoubtedly have me returning the next time planned obsolescence starts to victimize me."

Lucy exceeded my expectations, i showed her a picture if a dress ive been looking for, she spent time looking online to see if their store had it, if other stores had it, and when she saw there was potentially one she went to the clearance rack and went through each item, she also said there could be one in another store and called them to see if they could set it aside and put it on hold for me, she really put in so much work to help me, so appreciated! Wish other retail stores cared as much as she did!

Great location, friendly staff and the store is the cleanest Old Navy I have ever been too. It doesn’t look as though all the clothes have been used to wipe the dusty floor and thrown on a pile on a table like other Old Navys. Very well kept and tidy. Staff were attentive, answered questions honestly about their clothes and I left with a sweater and a coat. No line, just breezed on through. Unlike any other Old Navy experience I have ever had; relaxed and pleasant.
