5 stars. This is my go-to place for lashes, acrylic nails and pedicures! Highly recommend Jenny or Helen for Lashes. Michelle is my go-to for pedicures, she gives an amazing massage! I recommend Michelle, Jenny, Helen, Autumn, Cindy, Monica, or Hope for nails! I also love the convenience of being able to book online.

Today was my first time at Neon and I couldn't be happier! I called them at two asking if they had an opening so I could remove nails that had gotten too long and were frustrating me and they were not only a pleasure to talk to on the phone, they fit me in for a 3:15 appointment! I don't know a lot about nails and what I needed but they were able to look at my fingers and figure out that I needed not a full removal but just a length adjustment and fill. They made sure I understood that I had choices and didn't pressure me into anything expensive. Monica was really sweet and a fast worker, she really knows what she's doing and I felt completely safe in her care. She asked me if I was doing okay throughout and got my nails down to the perfect length. She works really fast but is very precise, 10/10. The owner was really nice too and when I left she was having a chat with a longtime customer, you can tell how much she cares <3. I really enjoyed my experience at this location (bowen) and will definitely be back for another set in the future!

I get a shellac pedi maybe 2 or 3 times during the hot months, so I want to make sure it’s done properly. This is the first time I got a spa pedi here at Neon and the massage portion of it was probably the best I’ve ever gotten…usually nail salons spend 30 seconds on each leg but this massage was proper. My nail technician made sure I liked the colour before moving on as the colour didn’t look the same as shown, and although didn’t speak English well she and her colleague were very helpful. The polish application was also done very nicely. Enjoyed my experience. Will be back :)

I recently had a hydra facial treatment with Helen and it was amazing and I immediately saw results. My skin felt so much smoother and brighter. This is a great anti-aging skin treatment that deeply cleanses pores and freshens the face. Helen is such a pro—such a kind and caring provider! I would highly recommend Helen and this treatment, and Neon Nails for all their services.

Neon Nails on Bowen is the only place I will go. My mom and I are regulars and love the atmosphere and friendly staff. We took my 5 year old daughter today and they were amazing with her. I only see Michelle (she gives the best massages ever and is just amazing!!!) but mom has seen a couple of different people and is always thrilled with the results.

Just paid 434$ for a mother day pedicure/manicure for my mother & myself. My mom’s experience was great, how ever mine was rushed.. Ridiculous price, & charged me full price for a toddler who didn’t get her nails or toes done cause she was scared. Not the best experience.. for 434$ you want to be treated like the queen!

I went last Saturday with my friend to get my friend for my birthday. I'm new to getting my nails done so I don't have much experience but after talking with my friend I feel a little disappointed. It's not even a week later and the polish is chipping on the ends and I see bubbles in the polish. I felt like my nail tech rushes and didn't spend the time to make them look the way I wanted. The colours are beautiful and the design is close to what I wanted, however she didn't trim my nails underneath so they are very long and look a little silly, she hardly cleaned up my cuticles (I didn't ask for a manicure so that might be on me) and the tips are chipping. My friend got beautiful nails, a lovely little hand massage and oils rubbed on her cuticles, where any tech dabbed some oil on my cuticles and hustled me out of the chair as someone was waiting I guess. Overall, not worth $110+tip. I appreciated the shop for getting me in short notice and the nails look decent overall, but probably won't return unfortunately.
