Fabulous service from a company that cares about its customers. The dryer part arrived exactly as expected after calling to confirm we were ordering the correct part. The price of the part needed was ridiculously cheap, but after months of use, it is still working perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use it again!

I called in to see about having a technician come look at our refrigerator which was not cooling. I mentioned that the compressor was not running , to which the person responded We don't fix compressors" and hung up. I'm not qualified enough to be sure that this isn't the kind of thing a repair company advertising fridge repair would do

Excellent repair service and quality work. Jason replaced damaged parts and tested the washer to ensure it was fully functional after repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable and provided great tips to ensure the washer continued to operate at its best and optimum levels. I would highly recommend his service.

Washer would show the error and we contacted Alpha Appliance Service. Technician was able to accommodate us at the end of the day. He tested washer and discovered that the connectors were the issue and needed replacement. He replaced the connectors and everything works great now.
