We had a big group of 30+ people and Our stay was absolutely amazing at this property. The room was spacious , clean and had a beautiful mountain and the river view. It was their pool where we spent most of our time and our kids loved the slide. Breakfast could be better. Overall a very good stay, we would love to go back.

The rooms are comfortable but showing age. There is s pool with waterslide so great for kids. It's off the highway enough there is no road noise. The breakfast is good. All you need to start your day

This hotel has so much potential, it's in a beautiful location with great views and has great pathways along the river. The slide and pool was a huge hit for my daughter and friends. I wouldn't stay here again until some upgrades are done. They have horribly uncomfortable small metal chairs on the patios, TV was tiny - I'm guessing either 22 or 24"

Our family had a really nice stay. The price was good and so was the pizza and Korean chicken sandwich we had for dinner. The quality of the free breakfast was super solid also.Would definitely stay there again. The water slide was a good speed for our 4 year old and the hot tub had a great view.It didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper you’d want to request a room on the non-highway/river side

Stayed in the loft room with my family, plenty of room even with small kids. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time on the slide. Amazing views from the hot tub of the mountains surrounding the resort. The game room was disappointing, there are two games you can actively play and the rest are basic scam carnival games. Overall a good experience.

This is a great hotel for families with family rooms and the pool with a water slide. We were able to get into our rooms early and all of them had river views and balconies which was much appreciated. I liked having a microwave and the fridge was larger than expected. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast which had fewer choices than expected.

Can’t really go wrong for the price. Great location for skiing at the resort, 5 minute drive up to the parking lot and there is also a shuttle which is free to use for hotel guests. Family room was great value for its size. Hot Tub was great. Breakfast was simple but convenient to have. Would stay again.

The staff are great! A number of years ago, my son was riding his bicycle across Canada for Cystic Fibrosis. When he arrived in Fernie, he was given a free luxury room at this resort for the night. Forever grateful, dad.

Felt more like a hotel than a resort in amenities. Room in the 200s was nice, the main floor, on the side facing the road with a sliding glass door that opened onto a patio, a few steps from the warm, not hot, hot tub. Does have a pool with a water slide and an exercise room that we did not use. Road noise with the door closed was not noticeable. The other side of the hotel is close to the river and the view from the dining room. The complimentary Continental Breakfast offered ready to eat hard boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, oranges, breads, muffins, etc. There was a waffle maker, which isn't unusual, but there was also a pancake maker that was a new feature to us and a source of entertainment. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the food could be smelled in the hallway, luckily a good, fragrant aroma. The toiletries in the bathroom are on a high shelf above the sink, and, inexplicably, were overlooked by one of our party. We found the location convenient and the price affordable. Many times we walked past the front desk and it was unattended, which didn't inconvenience us, but highlighted the laid-back management of this resort.
