Overall, the place is not clean, tables are not sanitized regularly, walls are dirty. The lady worker is not hospitable and we politely ask if we can use the washroom but she did not permit us to use the washroom. The fountain drink tasted like rusty water tap. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not recommend this place.

I go here at night usually and, 2 women cashiers in here are always so kind and sweet! They greet me very sweet all the time! Also, obviously, food is sooo good!!

Very disappointing!!! Line up moved extraordinarily slow, (late friday evening) cashier appeared overworked and under staffed. Cajun Poutine fries and chicken cooked in old fat. NOT EDIBLE AT ALL. Awful seasonings that were not recognizable. The usual seasonings were missing in both. Line up too long to return it. Was dunked into to their overflowing garbage bins. I am a regular and I know it appears they overdosed the wrong seasonings and forgot the regular.You have lost a good customer. STAY AWAY

Avoid at all cost. The grabages were overflowing. The bathroom was gross. The staff taking our order had airpods in and was barely paying attention.

Great food, a bit less oily compare to other Popeyes I must say. The staff was stressed out as they seemed under staff. They need a lot more staff for Ubereat orders plus the incoming traffic.UPDATE:I've been a regular customer at this location. Usually late night hours and the customer service has improved a lot. The line ups go by fast and the Manager seem to be workin really hard to keep staff organized.
