Artzi Stuff is one of my favourite downtown shops and is always on my list when looking for the perfect gift. I love to support local and this is one place where I can double my efforts, locally owned and carrying amazing pieces by local makers. It's a must stop for anyone enjoying downtown Nanaimo!!

The true personal and artistic touch in this lovely store comes from -yes, Tanya!, who is knowledgable and knows her stuff. Every town deserves an Artzi Stuff, but we have the Real One!

Beautiful shop. One will find all kinds of eclectic, unusual, professionally created local artisan and artworks including clothing, jewelry, pottery, artwork, art card, glass work and more - all run by friendly and helpful women.

This is my “go to” store when I need tasteful gifts for my European relatives or I want to treat myself. They also have great cards. I love that everything is made with love by local Nanaimo artists. It’s win-win-win. I get lovely things and I support a store which supports local artists.

The owner or sales associate was unfriendly and unwelcoming and seemed to actually go out of her way to ignore me. My advice? Go shop somewhere where they're warm, welcoming and actually appear to want your business.Edit to add a response: The tone of this response only proves that the attitude I perceived was correct. Out of my 200+ reviews, 4 of them are negative (I counted) as I actually go out of my way to write positive reviews for most places I come across.

This is a great store for gifts for every occasion, all locally made, my mom loved the silk scarf I gave her that was hand printed by the owner. Its shops like these that contribute to a vibrant downtown. Plan on heading down to check out some of Yvonne Vander Kooi ‘s watercolours at Artsy stuff.

Absolutely my favourite store. I love all of the local artists treasures, as well as the owner and her enthusiasm to support local. She went the extra mile for me and shipped from Nanaimo to Victoria ... she remembered my husband and his purchase for me a year ago which was incredible. Definitely 5+... I know it’s a pain to have an online shop but fingers crossed she receives enough interest to do so!!
