I take my husbands Vehicle here regularly when needed. They are the best in Ottawa. Zee the owner is amazing. Stands behind his work and guarantees your car will be clean. My 16 year old vehicle looks like new! Highly recommend and have recommended to several friends as well.

I took my brand new car coated with nano ceramic that I got it less than a month. This was its first car wash! Now I brought it home under the light I can see they scratched all the body with the tool that they washed my car. Do not let them ruin your car!!!!

Update - May 29, 2023Just had my car treated with the Silver package, and added on salt stain removal and rail dust treatment. Price is still VERY fair for the quality of work done, and the new owners are even more friendly than the previous ones!End of update.Been here a few times now after discovering a Groupon deal. Every time I leave my car looks brand new and I have a smile on my face. The owner and his staff remember me by name and welcome me back with a smile and hand shake. They know the meaning of customer service!

Very professional and extremely personal care. Cleaning and waxing was beautifully done. Car looked brand new when done inside and out. I would strongly recommend anyone to Otown.

Great prices (Groupons for 50% available). They do a great job. I only did the exterior, so can't comment on other services. The car came our much cleaner than an automated wash. The workers are nice and polite.The only drawback is they are ALWAYS busy. So some days you can't book a wash, and some days you might wait 30-40 minutes for your turn...but that's very reasonable for such low prices.

Real professional cleaning, and staff. They were receptive to my specific requests and followed through. Best detailing I've had before, and I have always had my vehicles detailed twice a year. They have earned my long-term business. Excellent job and quick. In and out in 1.5 hours.

I picked up my car and had a smile leaving. The car was super clean and looked as good as when I bought. Every nuke and cranny was cleaned and shinning! Customer service was amazing and everyone working there were so polite and appreciated of my business. I will absolutely will be back again and will send them business when I can!
