Elyse photographed our intimate wedding ceremony and reception August 2020 and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service and photos we received. When our family took a trip to the island this past summer, I knew I wanted to capture a piece of this special trip in photos that we could enjoy for years to come!When I came across Elyse’s Instagram profile, I loved the overall feel and candidness of her photos and booked her right away!We are so unbelievable happy with the way the shoot went. Elyse was so great to deal with and made both myself, my husband, our three kids and dog feel super comfortable in front of the camera! Elyse is an angel. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the way our photos turned out and friends and family have nothing but good things to say about them. Elyse was AMAZING and I can't recommend her more! We live in North Van, and did our engagement shoot on Vancouver Island (Piper's Lagoon) in 2021. My husband and I both don't typically like being in front of a camera, and thought it would be awkward, but Elyse made is so fun. We absolutely LOVE our photos-they turned out so well! Elyse also shot our wedding in Tofino in July 2022 and made it fun, and she was super easy going. Last minute we were able to extend her for another hour as the timing of the evening required. We did golden hour photos on the docks and had SO much fun. We already got some images printed for our new home, and they turned out amazing...we had people at the wedding comment on how great Elyse was. We are very grateful to have had Elyse on our journey with us.

Elyse is incredible at what she does! She was so accommodating through date changes because of the pandemic, and when we decided to change locations and cut our guest list drastically. She truly captured the love we have for each other, our family, and Gabriola Island.
