Poor customer service from parts , guy sits in middle has shows too much attitude doesn’t even want to talk. How can they expect someone to order a part from them.

Very unpleased with the service received. We were not greeted by the receptionist, nor told what to do regarding their covid procedures. Just left to guess. Rather than asking us what we needed, the receptionist whispered to the staff if he knew who we were looking for. We waited until the staff approached and WE asked if he could help us. The receptionist is the first person you see, and should be helpful and happy, if you want to have a good reputation. Suggest reception take training.
