The city of Richmond BC uses this software to book recreational programs (summer camps, swim lessons, etc), and it is such a pain to work with. It is 2022. It is the age of infinitely scalable web applications and this company somehow made an application that throws a fit when seemingly ANY type of traffic is thrown at hit.I am so angry I want to quit my current job, get hired here for 6 months, fix their scaling issues, then go back to my old job just to avoid this experience when I have to register my kids for their next programs.

I'm leaving them after nearly 20 years. The product is a bit outdated, although they've made some improvements. But their customer service is terrible; you cannot go higher than their technicians if you have a problem. They broke my website and charged me for it! My impression, based on years of experience, is that management does not care about its customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!The only reason I put 1 star.. is because I couldn’t put 0.This company’s software cost my gym $1000s of dollars over the 2 years I worked with them. Constantly it would registrar members as active members and not charge them. When I called to address this issue they assured me they would fix it that day. One week later still no fix and I called again, they apologized and assured me it would be fixed right away. Still no fix.Secondary the merchant they worked with claimed they forgot to take a percentage out of out bank account (which didn’t make sense because they had clearly been taking money or the whole time) and started taking hundreds of extra dollars out of our account every month. We contacted them several times and were told a manager would call us back. No manager ever called us back after countless call backs and they continued to takes $100s out every money.These company’s are criminals, I would take them to court and sue them, but It would take more money and time from me that they have already taken, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Perfectmind server is guaranteed to crash and return 503 errors during the quarterly registration days for Surrey Recreation. It makes the registration process unnecessarily stressful when there are limited spots and registration process glitches out.

The business that I purchased used PerfectMind for their memberships. Initially I set up service with them for continuity but eventually opted to switch to something easier to use. Five months later, I realized that their third party partners used to process payments were still charging me fees. Upon calling them, they stated that I could not cancel my accounts with them and that PerfectMind had to do it. I filed a case with PerfectMind and never heard back. I called a month later and left a message with a voicemail that stated they would call back that business day. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I called again to which the rep forwarded my information to another team. We'll see if they call back this time.

This software has potential.Unfortunately, until they are able to get on top of the major bugs which has cost our organisation thousands in lost revenue and customer good will, this software does not deserve anything more than 1 star.As early adopters within the Australian market, our organisation might as well be testing the software on their behalf, yet paying a premium for the opportunity.Notable that the support team are available and actioning tickets promptly, huge let down by the development team who release hotfixes that break more than they resolve.

Everything was good till I found another merchant companyAnd I asked them to switch my merchant company because it will saveMe money, they said sure but it will cost you $2000, I got upsetSpoke with the manager he lowered the cost to $1000 I agreed sinceI wasn’t even noticed that from the beginning whatever this is not the problem I never write bad reviews but then after I signed up with chase merchant they took their word back and want me to pay $2000Been trying to reach them for the past 3 months they tell me will giveYou a call back and they never do. YesVery disappointed Phushan and other people answer my phone callsAnd they say they will get back to me which they never did.Their is other software companies you can find is so much better .EVERYDAY I AM LOSING MONEY BECAUSE OF PERFECT MIND.

I use perfectmind for UBC recreation registrations. I'm happy to see that the company is based locally however it is extremely user-unfriendly. It takes a frustratingly long amount of time to click through all the redundant buttons in order to register for a swim. The software design is extremely unintuitive and makes the user jump through as many hoops as possible. Seems like it was built in 2005 and has not improved on since. Every other week it crashes or refuses to take my payment. Maybe I'm too used to amazon's frictionless checkout, but I wished this software had a more seamless user experience.

I was having the same issue as Jeremy. Left several messages already and nothing. Charges came out after I canceled my membership. I finally herd from them and they are fixing everything. Fingers crossed. I have been with them for 23 years and never had problems besides this.

We signed up with Perfectmind and have cancelled our services back in July and are still having charges come out of our account through their 3rd party - Paysafe. When I called them in December they informed me that they are still able to take money out of my account for up to 12 months. How is this even legal?! I highly recommend NOT signing up with them. This was not the first time I have had issues with them.
