Showed up in the first minutes of the Service Window. Was expecting a simple diagnostics run and ended up cleaning my ducts. Did it quickly and professionally, working around my animals and Daughter. Would highly recommend, especially for the price.

I’ve used Will’s Appliance Repair services since moving to Wisconsin a few years ago.My initial service request was due to washing machine damage that occurred during an interstate move to Watertown. Will was able to come by the house within a short time (same day). He did some troubleshooting and discovered a damaged part on the washer. Fortunately a new part was in his truck and Will got the washer up and running quickly.Will was respectful during the first visit; no pressure or trying to upsell additional parts. I had a sense he was honest in his dealings. Being new to Watertown, I made a decision then to use Will’s Appliance Repair in the future.Since that time, I’ve had Will take care of other appliances; each time with the same courtesy, respect, and proficiency.

Will was great about diagnosing the problem and making recommendations to make the repair. Repair was made in a timely manner. Really easy doing business with Will. Very responsive to customer calls and questions.

I had called another repairman who never showed up for my appointment as my refrigerator was leaking all over. I called Will and he fit me in same day! I was at work but my neighbor was there and said he did a great job and was very professional and friendly! He called me to advise what was done and the cost was very reasonable! I highly recommend him!

Excellent quality of work, showed up when said he would and one time when had to change an appointment time by couple of hours reached out to make sure that was ok first. Will use again for sure
