Talked to the dispatch lady she quoted me 580$ for a heavy duty tow, i needed to go 10 minutes to the shop and it ended up being 840$….the tow truck was from that town fuel would of been 50$ For them.only good thing was the professional driver.

Some one responsible needs to address the driving manner of these people. Speeding, tailgating and shouting abusive comments at other drivers . Having recently witnessed this behavior, I would NEVER recommend or use this company if that's the quality of drivers they employ!

Ripp off and took advantage of me since I was coming from 8 hours drive and charged for 3 days storage on icbc salvage that I went to pick from Creston.Icbc allow 3 to 5 business days to pick up the vehicle if you are located out of your areaSo I won this lot on Tuesday the 10 of nov11 was holiday so they were closed.And they close on the week end.I spoke on the phone when I was going there on Friday the 13th of Nov they wouldn't take payment over the phone and leave the vehicle out of the yard so when I arrive I could pick it up since they close at 5.After all I had to stay 3 days in hotel and they charged me for weekend storage and on Monday I was there first thing when they open I was charged for that Monday too.Cannot believe how thieves they are.

So Grateful for this company. They responded promptly and had someone there to help us in 5 min. It was a cold winter night so I really appreciated that. We were greeted by such a kind, compassionate driver who drove us and our jeep safely home over the summit. If your ever in a bind I definitely recommend calling them.
