Very sad looking run-down place. The rooms are so so regarding look and feel, yet clean. Lots of noise from the road. The windows are so thin you can hear everything. I can only imagine how cold this place must be in the winter....brrrr. Next time a different motel. That said. This one was a cheap option compared to others in the area.

We stayed here last weekend and it was amazing! Very clean and very cozy! The view is beautiful as the river is right next to it and the mountains as well. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you to the owner as she was lovely and gave us a great service!!

Camped here with the Mrs. Camping facilities were fabulous and the shower house was spacious and super clean. Location was awesome and road noise was minimal. I would recommend this to everyone looking for affordable camping with super friendly staff. Oh, and the breakfast offered looked so delicious!Definitely a diamond that I will be staying at again.

Horrible stay, filthy bathroom, kitchen dirty, we did,nt use it, filthy inside and out. Called owners for something, phones were turned off, never stay again, its a totally worn out place. Stay there end of May 2023

I booked here as the location was at the right point in our two day trip, the reviews were decent and the price was right. The host lady was very friendly and helpful and the room was good value. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. On the night we stayed the TV had no service but it turned out to be an easy fix with the satellite company (needed a service refresh due to some technical changes) that the management wasn't aware of.If you're looking for the Holiday Inn type of experience maybe this isn't your place, but if you need a decent quiet place for the night give it a try. Also a bonus that the booming village of Little Fort is 3 minutes away for gas, convenience store, Subway and an awesome roadside restaurant - the High Five Diner.

This place is an absolute gem. I stayed there for 5 or 6 months while working in the area. The new owner Jane is a lovely person to deal with. Very friendly and accommodating. The scenery is breathtaking, high mountains front and back with the Thompson river flowing through just behind the hotel.If hummingbirds are of interest this is your place. The feeders are teeming with hummingbirds sometimes right beside your head for a great view of these lovely birds.Melissa is an absolute angel. She is always working extremely hard to keep the place looking its best. Always nice to chat with her and see that lovely smile.Rooms were very comfortable , and recently upgraded with kitchenettes.A wonderful place all around. Highly recommend this location as one of your overnight stays while travelling.

I believe this motel used to be quite decent, now is very much worn down, pictures shown are nicer than the reality, motel is next to the road and they have one glass of window, difficult to sleep due to the noise. But there are hardly any other hotels available with the same price range. If you don't have to stay over in this neighborhood, driving a bit further will bring you more choices of hotels with higher value for money.

Great place to stop on our trip to Vancouver. Beds were comfy, clean rooms, some highway noise but did not bother me at all and right along the river! Tiffany's breakfast which is included with your stay is the absolute best part. Her quiche was to die for! Ice cream shack, playground and lots of green space for kids to run around. Highly recommend!
