Ok, i've never had any problems with A&W's food, it is what it is. Some we like and others won't. I personnally enjoy their food, they have a sense of authenticity, so for that nothing to say.The servjce i got there though, man is it disappointing. I mostly go there by car so drive-tru, and the man there felt unwilling at the very start. I don't see him everytime i go there but when i do, gods is he the least willing person there. And that kills me from coming again.Otherwise, service is fast enough, price are fair, and embiance is nice

The girl in the drive-thru was the worst employe ever, worst client service and no respect at all. Not only is it pricy but not worth getting disrespected!

Great food, amazing staff. Old man got mad at a 15 year old employee for messing up his order" (he was the one mistaken) and the manager quickly intervened

Burger was ok. Fries ok. Service was ok. The price too high for rhe experience delivered. Bathroom was spotless. Lots of parking. Napkins are not given by the employee. You need to grab them out of a dispensor which is not good since the dispensor becomes a germ transmittor.Please give every customer 1 napkin with their order.

Good food. Good service. A&W understands that take-out food is take-out and they give plenty of napkins opposed to 2 napkins.The food was tastefully.I did a walkthrough instead of drive thru and was well taken care by the considerate staff.
