I have had several treatments from this facility for various ailments, including a significant and year-long knee problem. After only 3 treatments (3 weeks), I was once again able to do exercises that had once been impossible and painful. I highly recommend the practitioners at this clinic, and have been impressed with their friendliness, consistency and knowledge. I continue to visit in order to maintain my health and well-being, and encourage others to try them out.

Does Acupuncture work?Here's my story...Close to 2 years ago I had the miserable experience of Sciatic pain down my left side. For those who have experienced this or are going through it right now know about the pain and the sleepless nights.I tried everything from rolling that tennis ball, Stretching, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Physio Therapy which helped some...Then an acquaintance suggested OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE.Best thing I ever did for myself!Well long story short after my first appointment at OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE I felt relief. I've been seeing James at Okanagan Acupuncture, on and off, for almost 2 years now. I originally started with him due to my debilitating headaches. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything very thoroughly. Acupuncture with James has been, hands down, the best treatment for my headache pain. I happened upon James, Jenn & the gang last year. I was suffering from extreme elbow tendonitis that no one else could cure. I had tried shockwave therapy, IMS, cortisone, physio nothing worked, I really thought my days of playing golf pain free were over. James blend of IMS & Tens machine was exactly what I needed, James is very intuitive and knew exactly where to probe and place the needles. I am now seeing them for a hip flexor issue, and feel the difference after just one session.Jenn is the best, I just need to email the office and I have a reply within hours. James, Jen and the entire crew here are the best! I've had varying issues - knee, ankle, upper and lower back - and James manages to find the EXACT point of pain or discomfort and the treatment that follows always makes a huge positive impact on the area affected. I can't say enough about this place. James is a true healer. I am constantly amazed at his ability to intuitively know and find the source of a pain and fix it. I have no idea how he does it but I would recommend anyone with any problem to give it a try. Plus on top of that the big friendly smiles of Christie and Jenn at the front desk and the caring touch of Chris too! The energy and vibrations are perfection!
