I purchased a headstone for my son’s grave from Evergreen Memorials in 2016. It had to be a bronze headstone because he is buried at Mountain View cemetery. When I purchased the headstones nobody at Evergreen Memorial told me that I had to clean it and wax it so that it stays in good shape. I only found this out when I saw the deterioration of the head stone. I think they were negligent in not telling me that I had to take care of my headstone. When I called to ask about it, Brian explained about cleaning, sanding and waxing the stone. They should have told me this information when I purchased my son’s headstone. Headstones are expensive and if I’d known about taking care of it, I would have. I’m very unhappy with Evergreen memorials and I have given them one star. I include a picture of the deterioration in only 5 years.

This family-owned business is second only to none. Since 2008 I have appreciated their desire to provide the ultimate in customer service and craftsmanship on multiple occasions. They worked diligently with designs that I brought ensuring the ultimate presentation on the stone. In addition to the stone provided this year, they assisted in refreshing the images and lettering on my grandparent’s and uncle’s stones purchased from a different company.

We used Evergreen to make 2 grave markers for our uncles. Brian and Dale were super helpful in guiding us with our something to memorialize the special people in our lives.
