You have mentioned that you need 10 Minutes to start the work and I have agreed, mentioning only that I will grab some thing to eat and be back before 10 minutes.. you have been afraid that I will step out to another workshop so you have insist to not take the car with me and I didn’t breach our verbal agreement and came back before 10 minutes get over.When I came back your behavior was totally not understood and you refuse to accept your proposal by saying now you need another 30 minutes!!!!! That’s was really weird!!You have cameras in the shop and I think everything was recorded. If your statement correct why I should come back and start a new dialogue with you??!!Any how! My experience with Pronto was nothing but amazing. The work done at there shop was fast, safe and the best in the game. I thought I would never say this about a car service appointment, but I’m so ecstatic about the service I received when I took my Tucson to Pronto! Asim let me know exactly what was happening with my vehicle. After checking out my car, Asim assured me he could get the parts within the week and that repairs for the intake manifold, muffler and canister valve would be done within a day. He also didn’t make me worry that there might be additional costs, potentially, due to the age of my vehicle and possible unforeseen complications that might happen with the canister valve, unlike the service centre I went to for quote #1. This tricky area involved the canister assembly and canister valve that sits on top of the gas tank. This could have been difficult to fix but the mechanics did this repair without creating additional issues. This is so important!! Right from the start, I felt extremely confident that Asim would fix my car exactly how he said he would within the time frame and stay within the service estimate. And that’s exactly what happened. Asim and his fantastic staff took great care of my Tucson. It’s running smoothly again, and the infamous Check Engine light is finally OFF. I’m so happy I listened to my friend’s recommendation to take my Tucson to Pronto for a second opinion. Thanks so much, Asim, Carlos and staff. Such a professional and friendly team!

Took my car to pronto to get a safety check and yes it needed a bunch of work, but it was all legit and offered at a fair price. Car was ready the next day. Thank you team at pronto, I'll definitely come again
