I had a wonderful experience at Arbora 3. There was plenty of space and natural light. I also always felt if I needed help, I knew exactly who to contact. Xiaomu made the move in and move out incredibly smooth.

I’ve been living at Arbora for 5 months now and I have no complaints. The location is great, nearby all services and downtown but still quiet enough near the canal. The apartment itself is beautiful and the building is always so clean and well maintained. On top of being super pet friendly, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and Xiaomu is amazing. It really does feel like a community as they host small events for the residents and make every one feel welcome. Myself, my cat and my dog are very happy here. :)

Rapid responses, patience and kindness is what I received from Xiaomu during my search for apartments. I decided to go in another direction but Arbora 1 is an amazing option. It was a tough decision. If you are looking for a pet friendly apartment, this is a great option to look into, you would not regret it.

This is a great place to live overall.Nearby grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant..etc.I gave 4 stars because of lack of parking space for moving.. had hard time finding an open spot to park uhaul as Montagne is a busy street and I even got a parking ticket on uhaul, and management said not their problem"...."

One of the best places you can live in. For real, the neighborhood is amazing the little restaurants and boutiques near the place are so nice and you are minutes away for center bell and a lot of sports bars, if you are a real hockey aficionado like myself !!!

I have been living at Arbora for over a year now. The living space is modern, bright and spacious. The building is surprisingly quiet and well sound proofed - the noise from the outdoor construction has never been an issue for me. Residents are friendly and there are plenty of animals around :) The management team and maintenance staff are fantastic and easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend Arbora!

Had a great experience with the leasing team when I went to visit the property and all through the leasing process. They answered all my questions quickly and helped me resolve any issues that came up. I am excited for my new apartment, it’s a beautiful place and tons of cute pets around.

I have been living here for a few months and I love it! The neighborhood has a few dog parks within walking distance, plenty of shops, and tons of friendly people. Xiaomu and Giovanni in the front office are great and super responsive. Great experience, thank you!

By far the most enjoyable place I’ve rented from downtown. Everything from the friendly and proactive team working here to the holiday celebrations made the experience very positive. There’s a great sense of community, the environment is very well maintained and the location is super convenient. Could not recommend more!
