I had my first waxing done with Katie and it was an awesome experience! I was nervous going in since it was my first time getting it done but she made the experience comfortable & I will definitely be returning!

Urban Collective Wellness Lounge
Went in to get my hair dyed, booked with Kelsey but unfortunately she wasn’t feeling well and she put me in great hands with Heidi. The whole experience was nice and took approx 3 hours and I got the exact colour I was looking for.Heidi is friendly and very easy to work with I highly recommend her.I definitely plan on going back to try out some other services they offer.

Urban Collective Wellness Lounge
My partner and I indulged in the float tank this past week. It was such a relaxing and well thought out experience. The environment is very clean, tranquil and we loved the addition of spa products to use before and after the float session. We would definitely recommend this as a date night option for couples, or for any individual needing a reprieve from stress.

I have been going to Urban Lounge for a few years now and my expectations are always exceeded. My 3 year old had her hair done recently by Heidi and it was a wonderful experience. Heidi was so friendly and explained everything and let my daughter decide on how to have her hair styled at the end.I was so happy with Heidi, I booked an appointment for myself. I had a lot of breakage and she asked questions and also provided me with options so I would not have to cut my hair too short. I would highly recommend Urban Lounge and Heidi for services. The staff is very friendly and welcoming

Wonderful experience at their spa! Allison was amazing for our massages, Stacey and Mel were fantastic for our pedicures and Madison was so helpful with accommodating us. Beautiful place, very relaxing and professional. My mom and I will definitely be back!

Urban Collective Wellness Lounge
I’ve seen Katie for facials twice now and both times were great. She made sure I was comfortable during the service and got me water and a chocolate while I was filling out the questionnaire. Both times she was very nice and explained to me some things she noticed with my skin afterward. I’ve some some trouble patches on my skin for about 5 years and nothing worked but she explained to me what it was and how to fix it. The space is also very nicely decorated, clean, and welcoming. I will be back for a third time next Friday!

Urban Collective Wellness Lounge
Absolutely exceptional! I had planned a scavenger hunt for my best friends Birthday and this was one of our stops. We went to the spa and received an hour message with a Mani and Pedi by Allison and Haley. They were so welcoming and wonderful. They did a stunning job on our nails and made an awesome mimosa! The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, especially when it's yuck and cold outside. They made sure we were comfortable and cozy the whole time we were there. They brought us blankets when we were getting our nails done. I can't say enough incredible things about these two ladies, they went above and beyond to make my friend feel special on her day. I will definitely be back in the near future. Well done!
