Worst taxi service! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I called them for a taxi to the airport, told me it was going to take 15min. Waitwd 40min and called them back to understand where my taxi was only to be said that no taxi was coming. Rude operator!

Drove a woman with a sick child in circles, the drive that normally costs 30$, ended up being 50$Very rude dispatcher, told me google maps is a piece of ..." and their maps are much better. Do not trust these people. Check your route with you own gps

Like some of the other reviewers, their phone service was not great to start with. The driver was pretty good with the ride to my destination. Not the most talkative. That’s fine. But I dropped my phone in the cab. It was tough dealing with their customer service finding which cab had picked me up. Then, the driver took two hours to bring my phone back to me and charged me FIFTY DOLLARS for that. To give you an idea, it cost FIFTEEN for the initial ride. As a visitor, it does appear to be a big cab company in town, but I don’t think I’ll ever go with them again.

They consistently show up faster than Uber and it’s pretty much automated for your home address once they have your phone number.

I was yelled at by a haitian driver with my friend. I can speak decent French and he is fluent. The driver yelled at us both dont speak French if its no your first language" in english after telling us hedoesn't speak English. Then he tried taking a longer route then what was on the gp2s and I dont mean a different route with a 5 min difference

Very rude dispatcher. The ride was far too long for what it was supposed to be. The driver kept taking detours. I wanted to support taxis for a change, but the experience was not good.

A couple of weeks ago, the bus was late and I was going to be late to work. A taxi passed by me, so I waved him down. He comes, then asked me “where are you going”, so I replied “address where I work” He then makes me late by taking a longer route to charge me more. For what was supposed to be like a 6-7min taxi ride ended up being like 18min and costed me 3 times as much as it should of been.
